Panti Rai Danseteatre – a truly remarkable international dance performance, combining storytelling, high tempo energy and an evocative sound score by a British Composer infusing the performance with melody and atmosphere.
Act one is based on the stories of four women who are closely related to the dancers, whilst act two is based on the diaries of a 16 year old girl (now 85 years old).
Simple stories of everyday events that are universally meaningful, but nonetheless remain invisible when official history is written.
“Strong, physical, fast, beautiful, precise storytelling, thought provoking and very beautiful”
